We pre-screen, interview and train all our applicants before sending them to employers/clients for employment and we have known their guarantors and we also do background verification on the candidate before they assume any vacant position, hence our candidates are credible and can be accounted for.

To Request for staff/workers:

Client are to fill our “Human Resource Consulting Agreement  Form” before commencement of  contract with the company, organization, individual (for domestic purpose)and be rest assured that Iconic Reintegrated Services will handle and manage your workforce for you without disappointment. 

 

We have two (2) mode of operation in the recruitment process:

 

  • TOTAL OUTSOURCING

Here, we employ, train, deploy and manage your workforce for you as your “Human Resource Consultant/Personnel” and payment of staff/workers salary will be made directly to Iconic Reintegrated Services as agreed on the agreed date of each month so that  Iconic Reintegrated Services can pay the outsourced workers. This will enable client focus on other aspect of the business without having to worry about staff management. Iconic Reintegrated Services will always re-train Workers once in every month at no cost to client in other to ensure worker’s effectiveness.

 

  • 10% OUTSOURCING
  • Iconic Reintegrated Services trains and recruit credible candidate(s) for client and client is to make payment of 10% of each of the candidate’s annual salary before they assume work and this means that the candidate will not resign within the period of one year but if any of the candidate should resign Iconic Reintegrated Services will replace the candidate within two weeks at no extra cost to client.
